Refund & Exchange Policy

At EV Raid LLC, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund and exchange policy below:

1. Eligibility: Refunds or exchanges are applicable only to products purchased directly from EV Raid LLC or its authorized distributors.

2. Condition: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Request Period: Customers must submit a refund or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or special-order products (e.g., battery packs configured per client specifications) are non-refundable.

5. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 10–15 business days.

6. Inspection: All returned items will be inspected. EV Raid LLC reserves the right to reject any request that fails to meet the conditions above.

Shipping or Service Duration Policy

1. Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery time for in-stock products is 7–14 business days within Egypt and 15–30 business days for international shipments.

2. Custom Orders: For customized battery packs or R&D services, delivery schedules are determined case-by-case and communicated in the official quotation or sales agreement.

3. Delays: While EV Raid LLC strives to meet all timelines, unforeseen logistics or supply chain disruptions may cause delays. Customers will be promptly notified.

4. Shipping Responsibility: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise stated in the contract.

5. Installation & Commissioning: For services involving on-site installation or maintenance, the service duration and scope will be defined in the service agreement or work order.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance: By accessing or purchasing from EV Raid LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products & Services: Specifications, designs, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. EV Raid LLC reserves the right to discontinue or modify products at its sole discretion.

3. Pricing: All prices are quoted exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid for 30 days from the quotation date and may change based on market conditions.

4. Intellectual Property: All trademarks, trade names, and proprietary technologies (including BMS and battery design IP) remain the property of EV Raid LLC.

5. Limitation of Liability: EV Raid LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products or services.

6. Warranty: Product warranties are governed by the official warranty policy accompanying the product.

7. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cairo courts.
